My headphones have no sound when connected to the transmitter – what shall I do?

-Check transmitter power

-Ensure all cables are firmly seated

-Turn on headphones until hear prompt “Connected”

-Set TV audio: PCM/Stereo NOT Dolby for Optical, Headphones/Analog for AUX

-Restart TV to perform new settings.

What should I do if my TV doesn’t have a 3.5mm jack or an optical port?

Recommend to use the HDMI ARC audio extractor to get audio connection.

To set up, you should:

1.Connect the HDMI ARC Audio Extractor to your TV’s HDMI ARC port.

2.Then connect your transmitter to the Audio Extractor.

How can I check the remaining battery power?

When powered on, the headphones announce “Battery High” or “Battery Low.”

During use, short-press the Power button anytime to hear the battery level again.

You can also check the LED indicator—red light means low battery and needs charging.

The headphones volume is already at maximum, but the sound is still too low. How can I make it louder?

Check and increase the TV or audio source volume.

If using Optical, set the TV’s audio output to PCM and disable volume limits.

If using AUX/RCA, raise the analog output volume.

Also turn off any hearing-protection or volume-limit features.

Can I connect two headphones to one transmitter?
