How do I know if my TV headphones are charging?
A green charge indicator light pulses while the headset is charging. The same light goes steady once the headset is fully charged.
Do I need to pair the headphones with the transmitter when I get them?
No. It automatically connects to the transmitter every time.
How do I mute my headphones?
You can mute the headphones by turning the volume dial counter clock wise until you hear a click. This means the volume is all the way down and the headset is off. No sound.
My TV does not have an audio output port. Can I buy these headphones to watch TV?
Yes, But you will need to buy an ARC/HDMI adapter from TV Ears.
My TV has an optical fiber port and an AUX 3.5 mm port. Which should I use?
You can use either but we recommend the optical port also called SPIDF or digital optical port.
