The high-capacity battery offers twice the capacity of many competing products. With 24-hour continuous or pre-recording, it lasts up to 4 days on a full charge. In PIR mode, it can run for up to 500 days without recharging.

How efficient is the solar panel?

With about 5 hours of direct sunlight, the 6W solar panel can power the camera for continuous or pre-recording use throughout the day (based on lab test data). Please upgrade to the latest firmware version to ensure optimal battery life.

Why doesn’t my camera return to the correct Monitor Point/Preset Position?

This issue typically occurs when preset positions or guard positions have shifted from their original settings. To resolve it:

1. Disable the Auto-tracking feature.

2. Perform a calibration via the Reolink app.

How to Improve Smart Detection Accuracy?

The detection area is the key to reducing false alarms. Here are the tips:

1. Adjust the detection area

2. Adjust the detection sensitivity
