As a working, single mom of 2, I don't have time (or money) for the gym. For the price this is a good set. It comes with a bag and a little poster so I can bring some pieces when I travel. I don’t know how long they will last. I just got them and have only used them once.
I think it’s really working!! I’m new to Pilates and get ads for sets like this on Instagram constantly. All of the bands are very durable. I like that you can move up in strength. The sliders are a game changer for doing one legged squats. Also never even thought about the little ballet socks being helpful before but they really are! And make my feet look cute lol. Love the drawstring bag. Keeps everything compact. I’ve started wearing the ankle weights around the house. I doubt it does much but feels like I’m doing something? Using mainly for glutes and legs but will try arms with the resistance bands soon
