I haven’t had the chance to use this push-up board and home gym set yet because it’s a Christmas gift for my son, but I’m really impressed with everything that comes in the box. The kit includes the push-up board, Pilates bar, resistance bands, ab roller, and a bunch of accessories — definitely a complete setup for full-body workouts at home.
Everything looks well-made and sturdy, and the pieces fit together nicely. It’s compact and portable, which is exactly what I was looking for. If the performance matches the quality and variety of the equipment, I think my son is going to love it.
I’ll update the review once he’s had a chance to put it to use, but so far, it seems like a great purchase!

The board is a great pickup if you don't always have time to go to the gym. It works out multiple different muscle groups like it says (with push ups and with the other workouts you can do with the bands it provides). Plus the bag makes it very convenient to store and carry its materials. Only thing I wish they did better was have a better weekly workout split guide in the paper they give you, but luckily you can easily find that on TikTok or Youtube.

This gym board is complete. I bought it a few months ago to give it to my husband for his birthday and he couldn’t believe all the accessories they include and all the exercises that can be performed, it’s literally a home gym and the best thing is that it works for the whole body without taking up a lot of space, or spending a lot of money. Includes a guide that explains the execution of each exercise and where in the body it works. It also explains how to assemble the board for each exercise. I recommend it 100%.

Good quality product. Helpful for some in-house light workout. Negative note: the resistance bands don't give enough resistance (I swear, I'm not a body builder!)

Sturdy easy to use. I have a wooden floors, so I was worried that it was slipped when doing push-ups. It’s very slip resistant. I’ve used it twice already, and you can feel the pain. Only thing that I would say is it should definitely come with more workout ideas. But overall, it is a really good product.
